Founded over 30 years ago as the roof organization responsible for all the groups working for the blind and visually impaired throughout the State of Israel, THE CENTER FOR THE BLIND IN ISRAEL is dedicated to its mission to make life easier in every aspect for this section of our community.

A non-governmental and nonprofit organization, we provide a variety of services and programs to over 23,000 citizens of different ages, backgrounds and religions and act as their sole representative in our national government - the Knesset.

Also acting as their international representative, THE CENTER FOR THE BLIND IN ISRAEL is an official member of the World Blind Union and an external member of the European Blind Union, allowing us to keep up with international trends and ideas to improve the lives of the blind and to alleviate the suffering caused by blindness. Now, after many years,
THE CENTER FOR THE BLIND IN ISRAEL, is able to fulfill the dream of providing the long-felt need to concentrate all services available to this sector under one roof in our new center in the heart of Tel-Aviv.

THE CENTER FOR THE BLIND IN ISRAEL works to make life easier for the blind and visually impaired and their families!
